Street Repair

At a Board meeting in late 2017, the Board contracted J&J Enterprise to make repairs in 2018, as soon as the weather warmed up. On 3/9/18, J&J completed the slurry seal, patch work and striping in the complex. In order to extend the life span of the asphalt, the Board will be citing vehicles in disrepair (oil leak), and monitoring activity in the parking lot . Not only is oil stains an eyesore and an aesthetic problem, oil stains can damage the asphalt and concrete. We ask that vehicle owners take the preventative measures to ensure their vehicle is maintained.
