Please be advised the HOA has contracted with MMG Painting to start the process in painting the exterior of all three buildings. From December 5th to December 16th, they will need all items removed from the patio and all decorations so vendor can power wash and prep the building for painting.

Please note Monday the 28th, we will post the attached notice on all doors, mailbox area and the common areas as reminder
