What is a nuisance?
1. An activity that unreasonably interferes with the use or quiet enjoyment of another resident of their separate interest or exclusive use common area;
2.a use that creates conditions that are hazardous, noxious or offensive; or
3.a violation of a local, state or federal law.
Living in a condominium usually means you are attached to one or multiple units. With that being said, the only thing that may be separating you is a thin wall or floor. We have recently received calls from residents advising there are neighboring units conducting nuisance activity. Please be considerate to all residents and refrain from interfering with the use or quiet enjoyment of their residency. Also keep in consideration that residence work schedules may differ from yours. Nuisance active may include slamming house/vehicle doors, playing loud music/television with bass, heavy walking, etc.
We thank you all for your cooperation and keeping the environment pleasant and peaceful
