Roof Replacements

The Roof Doctor has confirmed two out of the three roofs have been completed. The third roof is currently in progress and is expected to be completed by the end of the week weather permitting.

The next big project for 2019 will be the stucco repairs and painting of the complex. At the Board Meeting on 2/12/19, the Board approved a color scheme and a vendor. Painting and Stucco repairs are expected to be start within the next 120 days.
